my name is charles webster baer .   today is december 14th , 2007 .    I am living in bend , oregon , usa .   in the spring of 2000 , in portland , oregon  , I got an idea for a web site .   I called it gig .   global internet government .  over the last seven years , I have been telling people about gig in chat rooms and blogs .  I made this web site to help explain gig to people .    I hope you like the web site and I hope you learn more about gig .    have a great 2008 .
