I was born and raised in santa cruz , california , in 1969 .   I went to high school in newport , rhode island .    in 1994 I graduated from the university of hawaii at hilo on the big island with a b.a. in political science .   in 1995 I moved to santa fe , new mexico .     

in 1995 I decided that I was going to try to come up with a plan to save the environment .     I was not going to do anything else until I did that .     in 1999 I moved to portland , oregon .     in the spring of 2000 I came up with gig .    global internet government .     at this point I had achieved my goal and I thought it was all good .    I had to think again .     now I had a second goal .    promote gig .    

so a few surf and snowboard magazines published gig .    I made some gig blogs .     I chatted about gig in chat rooms .    if you google charles webster baer you can see what Im  talking about .      I sent out gig stuff via snail mail .    talked to people .     so I spent six years creating gig and seven years promoting it .    

so goal one and two have been achieved .    there is no goal three .    Im just going to kick back here in bend oregon usa for the summer of 2008 and relax .     I will be  40 next year so its all about the mellow vibe .    no more drama .     just  lovin life .     and thats that .      

as far as the word environmentalism  , I have a few ideas on that word .

in my opinion , environmentalism means saving the environment .    not trying to save the environment and failing .     not talking about saving the environment .     in my opinion , the only way to save the environment is to create a substantial and sustained decline in the human population .     I would refer to this as L O G I C .     to successfully promote birth control with gig .

humans are probably to stupid to realize that they need to stop reproducing .     so we are probably doomed .    however , I will continue to pretend we have a chance and I will continue to try to save the environment .     the bottom line is this

it is not yet time to remove stupid people from the earth , however , it is now time to remove stupid people from the governments of earth .
