gig. what is gig. gig is global internet government . and what is that . that is my idea for a web site . I got this idea in the spring of 2000 in portland , oregon , usa .

gig will monitor every financial transaction by every government on earth . this is called media speculation . it is also known as freedom of speech . as gig evolves and improves gig will gain influence . gig will use this influence to push the gig agenda .

the gig agenda is two things and two things only . womens rights and freedom of speech on line . gig feels that every woman on earth has the right to total and free access to every form of birth control , including abortion . gig also feels that every person on earth has the right to talk about thier government on line . any government that does not agree with the gig agenda is an illegitimate government and gig will replace all illegitimate governments quickly and peacefully .

gig will monitor every city on earth ( gig feels a city has over ten thousand residents ) by having a chat room for every city on earth . these chat rooms have levels . no post can be deleted or altered or edited or banned or censored , not even by the author of the post . posts that gig moderators feel are accurate or relevant will rise in the level of the chat rooms . say boston has a chat room . that chat room has one hundred levels . good posts will go to level sixty or seventy . posts talking about cereal or shoes will go to level twenty or thirty .

every gig will post predictions on the last day of the year , in secret . these predictions will contain how much money every government will take in ( taxes , aid , mineral resources , etc ) and how much money every government will spend for the following year .

this way gig's can be rated as for how accurate they are .
