every year , on december first , hawaiian time , this site holds an election .    it is an election for president of earth .    you can vote for who ever you want .     to vote go to a chat room on this site and vote .

 I , charles webster baer of bend oregon usa , won the first election , 2008 , and the second election , 2009 .    I am running for re election .     no one can serve more than three terms .

so , that means , that I will be president of the earth until january first 2011 , unless I am re elected , which will then  mean that I am president of earth until jan. 1 , 2012 .    if re elected , I will not be able to run for a fourth time .   

I have been running for president of the usa since 2002 as an independent .       the platform for both my presidential campaigns is the same .      LESS GOVERNMENT , LESS TAXES , ZERO IMMIGRATION , ZERO DEPT , PUBLIC OPTION HEALTH CARE , VERY PRO ABORTION , ANTI CENSORSHIP , ISOLATIONISM , ANTI TERRORISM , ANTI BAIL OUT , ETC.
