thecapital is an international non profit organization that will be created in 2050 or after when global internet government ( gig ) , and fogbank merge into a democratic and free world government .

the capital will be run by theassembly .

theassembly is a body of elected representitives that will set the rules for earth by majority vote .  there will always be an odd number of representitives in theassembly and if a rep can not vote for any reason then they will be replaced immediately .

each nation will get one representitive plus one representitive for every 10 million citizens .    nations that are not allowed to freely elect their representitives will have their representitives selected by charles webster baer .

all representitives will have to agree to uphold the law of thecapital .     the law of the capital is , among other things , 1 - depopulationism . 2 - freedom , democracy and transparency . etc .   communist nations are completely allowed and welcome to participate in thecapital .

if charles webster baer is alive in 2045 he may decide to start the capital five years early .    if charles webster baer is alive in 2050 he may decide to wait five years to start thecapital .   if charles webster baer is not alive in 2050 the capital will go online completely in 2050 no matter what .      elections are held every five years starting in 2025 .   the first few decades , thecapital will simply provide suggestions to the two seperate and independent companys of gig and fogbank .
